Before reviewing detailed scope, pricing, documents, or advisory information, the client acknowledges the confidentiality terms below.
The client acknowledges that information exchanged with TS Synergy Consultancy Services Limited during onboarding, proposal review, advisory scoping, document review, pricing discussion, and engagement planning may include confidential, commercial, financial, tax, operational, technical, strategic, or client-specific information.
The client agrees not to disclose, reproduce, distribute, or misuse confidential information received from TS Synergy except for the purpose of evaluating or executing a professional engagement with the firm.
TS Synergy also agrees to treat client information submitted through this onboarding portal as confidential, subject to professional, regulatory, legal, and compliance obligations.
This acknowledgement does not replace the final engagement letter or formal NDA where one is required. TS Synergy may issue a more detailed NDA for specific engagements.

Terms of Engagement

Scope Limitation
TS Synergy will only be responsible for services expressly agreed in the final engagement letter or approved proposal.
Confidentiality
All client information shared during onboarding and engagement will be treated as confidential, subject to legal and regulatory obligations.
Delivery Timelines
Timelines depend on timely client cooperation, document submission, clarifications, and access to relevant information.
Client Obligations
The client must provide accurate information, complete documentation, prompt feedback, and access required to complete the engagement.
Revision Policy
Revisions are limited to the agreed scope. Additional work outside scope may attract additional professional fees.
Liability Limitation
TS Synergy’s liability will be limited to the professional fees paid for the specific engagement, except where prohibited by law.
Communication Channels
Official engagement communication will be conducted through agreed channels such as email, scheduled meetings, client portal, or approved work tools.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement based on the terms agreed in the final engagement letter.
Dispute Resolution
Parties will first seek amicable resolution. Where unresolved, disputes will follow the process stated in the final engagement agreement.
Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
